Her work spans behavioral health, peer recovery support, personal development, mentorship, business development, and nonprofit leadership, allowing her to serve individuals, families, and organizations with both professional expertise and lived experience.

As the founder of multiple purpose-driven organizations, Niki has built a diverse portfolio of businesses that each reflect a different aspect of her mission to help people overcome challenges, discover their purpose, and build better futures.

Through Niki The Bail Bondswoman, she provides compassionate bail bond services, helping individuals and families navigate difficult legal situations with dignity and guidance. As the founder and president of Begin Within Foundation, she leads initiatives focused on emotional wellness, mentorship, youth empowerment, behavioral health, and community development. Through Begin Within Publishing, she shares transformational resources, including her book Close Your Eyes So You Can See and the Begin Within journal series, to inspire personal growth and healing. With Niki Millions, she mentors aspiring entrepreneurs, nonprofit leaders, and purpose-driven individuals by providing coaching, education, and practical strategies for building successful businesses and impactful organizations.

Holding credentials as a Qualified Behavioral Health Specialist (QBHS), Certified Peer Recovery Supporter (CPRS), and licensed Bail Bond Agent, Niki combines professional knowledge with decades of leadership experience to develop programs, businesses, and resources that empower others to transform their lives from the inside out.
